Q: How much notice do we need to give to schedule a final cleaning?
A: We finalize our schedule on a week to week basis for the coming week because we understand that the slightest alteration in your project can impact your readiness to clean. We are very flexible on scheduling and can typically mobilize in just a few days given schedule availability.
Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes, we are fully insured and our coverage spans to our projects we work on and we can also name you and your customer insured on our policy to comply with your contract requirements.
Q: Will you provide a foreman to manage your crew on site or will we communicate our needs with your office?
A: Yes we do provide a foreman for our crews on every job. During scheduling you would notify us what phase(if a phased project) is needing cleaning and we can schedule you the appropriate amount of days based on what your project called for on labor hours. During your initial quote, we assess the amount of days it will take to clean your project from start to finish and phased projects are given estimated times as well. You’ll coordinate the cleaning needs with our office and then when our crew comes on site, your superintendent would direct our staff where you’d like them to begin your cleaning to make sure that the work we do flows with the other trades on site.
